Full maker and model of appliance from a label on the back of it. Please, not from the front of the appliance or from a user manual - If you also have the old remote model, that may help. If your remote is not not to be found and the old one does not work at all (dead - no led flashing), we may be able to repair it for you, we will let you know what to do. |

The same maker/model may fit a different transformer. CD laser units - please specify digits present on a label on the laser unit itself - it generally starts with KSS- ---- , etc. |
